1. Data We Collect
When you use the Shopiator Audit Engine (the "Service"), we collect:
- Google Ads account data - accessed via Google OAuth with read-only permissions, solely to generate your audit report.
- Email address - collected during sign-up to identify your account and communicate about the Service.
- Payment information - processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
- Intake form data - business information you provide (website, ROAS targets, goals) to personalize your audit.
2. Google OAuth Disclosure
We access read-only Google Ads performance data solely to generate audit reports. We do not store raw ad account data beyond what is needed to produce the report. We never request write access to your Google Ads account.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to:

- Communicate with you about the Service (reports, account updates, support)
- Process payments and manage your subscription
4. Data Retention & Security
We retain your audit data for as long as your subscription is active, plus 30 days after cancellation to allow for reactivation. After that period, your data is permanently deleted.
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest to protect your data.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Stripe- for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data handling.
