By accessing or using the Shopiator Audit Engine at audit.shopiator.com (the "Service"), operated by Shopiator LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
The Shopiator Audit Engine is an automated Google Ads audit SaaS tool. We provide informational reports and recommendations based on data from your Google Ads account.
We do not manage, modify, or have write access to any Google Ads account. The user retains full control of their account at all times. All reports and recommendations are informational only and do not constitute professional advertising management services.
You represent and warrant that you own or have authorized access to any Google Ads account you connect to the Service. You are solely responsible for any actions you take based on the audit reports and recommendations provided.
The Service uses Google OAuth to authenticate your identity and request read-only access to your Google Ads data for the sole purpose of generating audit reports. We never request or obtain write permissions to your Google Ads account.
The Service is offered as a monthly subscription billed in advance via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Shopiator LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing ops@shopiator.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the current billing period once payment has been processed.
Audit reports and recommendations provided by the Service are informational only. Results are not guaranteed. Shopiator LLC is not liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on the audit reports.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shopiator LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Any statistics displayed on the Service or marketing materials (such as ad spend managed, revenue tracked, or years of experience) reflect historical data from the operator's professional background and do not represent expected or typical outcomes for users of this tool. Past performance of managed accounts does not predict future results for any individual user. Individual results will vary.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to the audit engine, scoring methodology, reports, branding, and software, are the exclusive property of Shopiator LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
